Delivery Area Candle Nuit currently offers shipping exclusively within Pakistan.
Shipping Cost Enjoy free shipping on all orders across Pakistan. There are no minimum purchase requirements or special conditions to qualify for free shipping.
Processing Time Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 24 hours of placement. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are processed and shipped within 48 hours. Public holidays will delay processing and shipping until the next business day.
Transit Time Our standard shipping time is 3 to 5 business days. However, we strive to deliver orders within 48 hours to urban areas of Pakistan.
Shipping Carrier We partner exclusively with M&P for all deliveries, including cash-on-delivery transactions.
Tracking Your Order A tracking number will be provided within 24 business hours after your order is placed. You will receive your tracking information via email, allowing you to follow the progress of your delivery.
Packaging Your candles will arrive in our specially designed luxury and eco-friendly packaging, crafted to minimize the risk of damage and enhance your unboxing experience.
Returns and Exchanges Candle Nuit does not accept returns or exchanges once a parcel is opened. Unopened parcels can be returned or exchanged, with the customer responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Lost Items In the rare event that your purchase is lost or damaged during shipping, Candle Nuit will take full responsibility. You may reorder the same items without any additional charge.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms and Conditions
Thank you for choosing to shop with us. To provide a hassle-free experience, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for your convenience. However, to ensure smooth transactions and prevent misuse, please carefully read and agree to the following terms and conditions before placing a COD order.
1. Order Confirmation
- All COD orders will be verified through an automated SMS, phone call, or email after the order is placed. Please make sure to provide accurate contact details.
- Failure to confirm your order within 24 hours may result in automatic cancellation.
2. Shipping and Delivery
- Once your order is confirmed, it will be processed and shipped. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address.
- You will receive a pre-delivery reminder via SMS or WhatsApp on the day prior to delivery. Kindly keep the payment ready at the time of delivery.
3. Payment Terms
- Payment must be made in full in cash upon delivery. Our delivery personnel do not carry change, so please ensure you have the exact amount ready.
- We do not accept part payments. The full payment must be made at the time of receiving the order.
4. Order Cancellation
- COD orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before the shipment is dispatched. Once the order is dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.
- Refusal to accept the package at the time of delivery without valid reasons may result in restrictions on future COD purchases and possible blacklisting.
5. Misuse of COD
- Any misuse of the COD option, such as placing fake orders, refusing to accept orders without valid reasons, or providing incorrect addresses, will result in the deactivation of COD for future orders for the respective customer.
- We may take legal action if repeated fraudulent orders are detected.
6. Failure to Accept Delivery
- If a customer refuses the delivery for reasons such as “changed mind,” “unavailable funds,” “placed by mistake,” or any other excuse, we reserve the right to block COD for future orders.
- In such cases, customers may still order using prepaid payment options.
7. Refunds for COD Orders
- Refunds for COD orders will only be applicable in case of damage during transit or incorrect products being delivered. Kindly inspect the package at the time of delivery, and if there are any issues, contact our customer support within 24 hours of receiving the package.
